Specialist Project Management support throughout the Due Diligence, Legal Negotiations & Integration Stages of a sale, ensuring investment is capitalised.

This specialist PM service would include:

  • Play the role of lead relationship manager between both buyer and seller.
  • Support and manage the sellers through the legal and due diligence process.
  • Identify key risks working with the seller to resolve pre-completion.
  • Manage the Legal Purchase Agreement ensuring the buyer has the right
    amount of protection whilst being commercial.
  • Review due diligence and make recommendations on post synergy EBITDA
    and where savings and uplifts can be made.
  • Present all commercial contracts and termination fees to fully understand
    cost, negotiate leases, review fleet and insurances.
  • Work with operational teams to understand cultures and teams.
  • Plan and Prepare for integration, including a full project plan & supporting
    documents including the preparation of the 100 day plan.
