Lucy has 25 years’ experience in lettings and estate agency, working with huge names such as Belvoir, LSL, Hunters and The Lomond Group. Prior to forming Atomic, Lucy was responsible for M&A activity for some of the biggest names in the industry and now brings this wealth of experience to our growing customer base.

Laura is our Acquisition Director and all-round acquisitions expert. Having worked in the industry for over 15 years, climbing the ranks in Hunters Estate Agency, Laura has a great understanding of both the lettings and sales market and in the last few years has worked solely on new launches, acquisitions, and re-sales across a network of 200 branches.

Samantha has worked as a PA for the past 15 years, so brings great experience and organisational skills to Lucy and the team.
Her career to date has included working in manufacturing and service businesses, from a packaging company to accountancy firms.
Getting experience in a new sector was one of the many things which attracted Samantha to Atomic. She is excited about the continued growth and development of the business, and was drawn to Lucy’s incredible passion for the property sector.
She plays a vital role in keeping Lucy and the team organised and supported.
Nadia is the Personal Assistant to Lucy Noonan. She is responsible for all day-to-day administration within the Atomic office and assists with operational support for the team and the estate agencies we partner with. Nadia is also responsible for business development, social media and prospect management. If in doubt, Nadia is the go-to girl and ensure both the team, and our clients are on track throughout every project.
